We’re looking for event crew to join our Event Operations Team putting on events across the
UK. This is a freelance role that involves travel to event sites across the season. We are looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals to assist in the set-up and delivery of both our Spartan and Tough Mudder events. This is an independent contractor role reporting to a member of our Event Operations team. You will be part of our live event team with a variety of different roles available over the course of the event.

The Work:

● Attend assigned events and manage an aspect of the event on site. (eg, bag drop, finish, start line, course section)
● Actively engage with our participants to help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our events
● Management of volunteers assigned to your area over the weekend
● Assist in the pre-event build process and post-event breakdown of the event village or course
● Provide the Event Operations team with feedback on challenges, experiences or improvements that can be made at the end of each event
● Complete inventory of stock where required
● Adhering to event safety standards

● Team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and without supervision
● Willingness to travel and work long days in all weather conditions
● Passionate about first class delivery of fun and creative events
● Hard-working nature and someone who doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty!

The Experience:

● Mass participation event experience (preferable)
● Confidence in managing large groups of participants / volunteers or spectators
● Capabilities in managing staff of varying skills and backgrounds

Requirements:

● Right to work in the UK
● Valid UK driver's license
● Own transport (preferred)
