This role will support the Club's marketing strategy through the delivery of integrated campaigns that drive engagement, support commercial objectives, and strengthen the brand. Working across multiple departments including commercial, retail, ticketing, men's and women's first teams, academy, and fan engagement - the Marketing Executive will coordinate campaign execution, manage key relationships, and ensure delivery is efficient, consistent, and insight-led.Role Responsibilities:- Implement integrated marketing plans in-line with the club's objectives and strategic direction.- Develop campaign briefs and content, distributing materials across the wider marketing team for consistent rollout.- Coordinate with creative, digital, social, video and photography teams to ensure campaign alignment across channels.- Maintain and manage the campaign calendar to ensure clear planning, timely execution, and effective cross-functional collaboration.- Build and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to support campaign information flow and approvals.- Manage the marketing inbox, replying to internal and external stakeholder enquiries with a professional approach.- Work with suppliers to source and manage the delivery of printed assets and promotional resources, ensuring quality and timeliness.- Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns using defined KPIs and external benchmarks.- Provide data-driven feedback and recommendations to continuously improve future campaigns.- Work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and external stakeholders on any current projects to provide support and perform any tasks necessary.- Stay informed on market trends, fan engagement strategies, and competitor activity to feed into planning and creative development.- Attend matchdays as required to support the marketing team with content review, and operations, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of all matchday activities.- Any other reasonable requests as directed by management.Club Wide Responsibilities:- To adhere to all Sheffield United Football Club's Safeguarding Policies and Procedures to foster an environment which protects from harm those defined as children and adults at risk.- To report any concerns of a Safeguarding nature to the relevant parties and remain fully compliant with any applicable Safeguarding checks and due diligence and recognise your responsibility to the Club's Safeguarding agenda.- To report any concerns of discrimination to the relevant parties and promote a welcoming and inclusive club environment for all.- To adhere to the Club's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies, supporting the Club to create an environment which is inclusive and all-encompassing.Essential Criteria for the Role:- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, even under pressure or with tight deadlines- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal and external relationships- Experience in campaign planning, execution, and analysis across digital and traditional platforms- Familiarity with working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment - ideally within sports.- Comfortable using marketing software and tools (planning tools, Canva, CRM platforms)- Completion of a Standard DBS Check upon offer acceptanceWorking Schedule:- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00, with attendance required on home match days.
