Job Description: Scottish Swimming is seeking a Diving Talent Pathway Developer to play a pivotal role in strengthening the Scottish diving pathway from grassroots through to elite level. You will provide expertise across key diving centres in Scotland, focussing on growing the talent pool and supporting athlete progression into the Edinburgh Performance Centre.

Working closely with clubs, coaches, schools, partners, and the wider aquatics community, you will lead initiatives in talent identification, coach and programme development, and National Team support, creating clear routes for divers to progress. You will also contribute to the delivery of the Scottish Swimming Diving Development Plan, enabling the long-term growth of the sport.

Strong knowledge and experience of diving, talent pathways, and athlete development.
Ability to support and inspire coaches, clubs, and athletes.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Organisational flair to deliver and review programmes effectively.
