You will provide expertise across key diving centres in Scotland, focussing on growing the talent pool and supporting athlete progression into the Edinburgh Performance Centre.Working closely with clubs, coaches, schools, partners, and the wider aquatics community, you will lead initiatives in talent identification, coach and programme development, and National Team support, creating clear routes for divers to progress.
