As we expand our reach and continue to build our team, we are looking for an Event Executive to join our team on a part-time freelance basis with a particular focus on supporting our event villages at the different races across the region!The RoleWe are looking for someone with a passion for running to join an established and growing company. You will be working directly with our events team in the north to organise and deliver running events across the region and helping runners to have the best experience at RunThrough events.Key Responsibilities- Support our event staff across weekend and occasional mid-week events- Assist with the construction, presentation, and dismantling of the event village, including signage, equipment, branding, and infrastructure- Act as a welcoming point of contact, answering questions and helping participants navigate the event site- Help manage queues, maintain clear walkways, and support the smooth operation of activities within the event villageDeliver outstanding customer service, communicate effectively with participants and colleagues, and support the wider event team as required throughout the event day.Skills & Experience RequiredThe ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in working in live events, an interest in running, and be a fast learner.
