Maintain and manage the social media content calendar.
Create compelling content including post copy, captions, graphics, image assets and video content.
Work with internal teams, freelance creatives and agencies to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
Monitor community engagement and manage responses across social channels, maintaining the RYA's tone of voice.

Support the planning, delivery and optimisation of organic and paid social media campaigns.
Collaborate with digital agencies to manage paid social activity across Meta and TikTok platforms.
Act as a centre of excellence for social media, providing guidance and best practice support to colleagues across the business.
Provide occasional out-of-hours social media support for events and live coverage, with time off in lieu provided
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, audience-focused content that supports the RYA's strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain effective social media plans and content schedules.
Monitor trends, platform developments and best practice to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support campaign delivery across the organisation.
Use insight and analytics to improve channel performance and engagement.
Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and brand guidelines across all social media activity.
Support integrated marketing campaigns through effective use of organic and paid social channels.
Contribute to the continued growth and development of the RYA's digital presence.
About You
We're looking for a creative and organised digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on content creation.
