Job Description
Immediate start (now - end of 2026 season) with long-term potential
Rosslyn Park Netball Club are looking for a passionate, committed Head Coach to join us for the remainder of the 2025/26 season and beyond.
Halfway into our seventh season, RPNC has grown rapidly from two to four adult squads, supported by a strong group of training partners. This season has been a standout one, with three squads promoted and all teams currently pushing for promotion or play-offs in the second half of the season.
We are a friendly, hardworking and highly coachable club, balancing competitive ambition with a strong social and community culture. We are excited to welcome a coach who can build on our momentum and support our continued development.

Squads - 2025/26 Season
Surrey Gold – Surrey County League
Surrey Green – Surrey Division 4 (promotion secured to Surrey Div 3)
Kingston Red – Kingston Division 3 (promotion secured to Kingston Div 2)
Kingston Blue – Kingston Division 7
Training Partners

Training + Fixtures
Training: Wednesdays, 7:30 - 9:00pm at the University of Roehampton
Matches: Saturdays across Surrey + Kingston (home games at Roehampton)
From the 2026/27 season, winter training (Nov - Jan) will be held at an indoor venue

We are proud to be part of Rosslyn Park RFC, a National 1 rugby club based in Roehampton

The Role
The Head Coach will:
Plan and deliver engaging, progressive training sessions
Attend weekly training and Saturday matches
Support development across squads and training partners
Work closely with players, the club committee, and the wider Rosslyn Park RFC community

Requirements:
Level 2 coaching qualification preferred
We welcome applications from coaches who may not meet this requirement but have relevant experience - please do still get in touch

Rate:
Competitive and negotiable, dependent on experience

Pre-booked physio access (September–April each season)
Access to gym equipment and pitch for strength & conditioning sessions
