The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Analyst to join our growing team. This opportunity is for someone who can work independently as well as integrate quickly into new environments and add value.
Based in Cardiff, this role will involve regular travel across the UK and occasional international assignments, supporting a wide range of clients with varying needs and performance objectives.
The successful candidate will need to be highly adaptable, able to think on their feet, and confident troubleshooting in real time to deliver the best possible outputs in challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure, install, and maintain analytical hardware systems in diverse environments
• Deliver on-site technical support to ensure optimal setup of analysis equipment
• Conduct detailed performance analysis across a variety of disciplines and skillsets
• Interpret and present data insights in a clear, actionable format for clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine analytical processes and methodologies
• Adapt quickly to different client requirements, environments, and performance contexts
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in performance analysis

About You
We are looking for someone who is technically capable, adaptable, and passionate about performance improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience:
• Strong technical aptitude, with experience setting up and troubleshooting hardware systems
• Solid understanding of IP networks
• Strong core performance analysis skills
• Background in performance analysis, data analysis, or a related field
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks in varied environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
• Experience working in high-performance or client-facing environments
• Competent with analytical software and data visualisation tools
• Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly
• Ability to work irregular hours as required by client demands
