This role combines forward-thinking planning with practical hands-on responsibility, ensuring facilities and equipment are effectively organised, maintained, and aligned with the club’s future needs.This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week typically worked from 10:00 to 18:00 on four days out of Monday to Friday (with a 30-minute meal break each day) and 07:30 to 15:00 on Saturdays, all year round.About YouThe ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of rowing equipment and boat house operations, experience in equipment management, planning or facilities organisation and an ability to work as a coach with rowers of all abilities.Our SchoolFounded in 1646, Reading Blue Coat is a leading independent day school of circa 800 pupils from ages 11 to 18.
