Job Description

Profeet is building its team for the 2026/27 ski season and we are looking for experienced Ski Boot Fitters to join our specialist team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for skiing, technical fitting, customer service and problem-solving. You will be working in a busy, expert-led environment, helping skiers achieve better comfort, fit and performance on the slopes.

About the Role

As a Ski Boot Fitter at Profeet, you will work closely with both new and returning customers to assess their needs, recommend appropriate products and carry out ski boot customisation work.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment
Recommending and fitting ski boots based on customer needs, skiing ability and foot morphology
Fabricating of custom insoles
Working with customers to resolve comfort, fit and performance issues.
Supporting the wider team during the busy winter season

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, practical, customer-focused and confident working in a technical retail environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Personal skiing experience and a genuine passion for the sport
Experience in sales, retail or a customer-facing role
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Good time management and the ability to multi-task.
A calm, positive approach in a busy and dynamic working environment
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

Role Requirements

Ideally, candidate will have ski boot fitting experience, although full training will be provided for the right person.

Skiing experience and a strong interest in the sport are essential.

The successful candidate will receive training in Profeet's fitting process, including the latest technologies in foot scanning, footwear science and biomechanics. Training will also cover custom insole moulding and fabrication, ski boot modification techniques, product selection and customer assessment.

Contract Details

The role is seasonal, running from September 2026 to the end of March 2027, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Working days are typically Tuesday to Saturday, with late closing on Thursdays
