Job Description: As we continue to develop our unique football club, we are now expanding our mens player recruitment department and we are looking to add six new player recruitment specialists to our team.

This is a commission paid role only.

Each player recruitment specialist will be tasked in bringing high quality and high potential UK based [Including Scotland, Eire, Wales and Northern Ireland] footballers aged between 17 and 23 years of age.

Players must be capable of playing, studying and training on a full time basis and be capable of competing at a professional level at U21, U23 and senior levels.

All players study our unique work based 2 year course in partnership with the University of Derby and live in Derby from September to May.

We are looking for enthusiastic and capable player recruitment specialists who already have a number of players they can access for who this opportunity would benefit. The right candidates would have existing relationships with players and would commit to recruiting players year on year.

The ideal candidate would have experience in the game, understand our principles and understand what a good player with potential looks like.

Each year we recruit 20-24 new players.

This role can easily work around a full time post.
