Job Description: Poly Netball Club is seeking an experienced netball coach for the 2026/27 season, to join our coaching team with a primary focus on our Regional Division 1 squad, which is working towards promotion to the National Premier Leagues.
Poly is the world’s oldest netball club (you can find us in the Guiness Book of Records). We are a competitive club with three squads playing in:
• London and the South East Regional league Division 1
• Middlesex County League Premier, 1st and 2nd Divisions
• North London League Premier and 2nd Divisions
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated coach to refine skills, build confidence and lead a motivated squad to new heights.
We are looking for a coach to join our Monday evening training sessions, 19.00-21.00 at Kensington Leisure Centre, and to attend Saturday fixtures (Regional home ground: Ashmole Academy North London) and Middlesex County fixtures (Brunel University), North London League fixtures (Broomfield Park).
We would be flexible to discussing with any prospective coach how they would like to work with our other club coaches at training and supporting the wider club.
The successful candidate will be:
• England Netball L2/3 qualified
• Ambitious for the progress of the team and committed to the getting the best out of their players
• Willing to support on individual player development and selection decisions
• Open to working collaboratively with current club coach and committee
• Bringing fresh ideas and perspective on how to develop teams
• Help maintain a positive competitive environment in the club
• Willing to commit to weekly Monday night training and Saturday fixtures
