About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and consultative Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Corporate Health & Fitness division. This role focuses on selling integrated workplace wellbeing solutions into corporate organisations, including: Onsite gyms and health/fitness space service delivery/facility management Health & fitness space design and installation Proactive health & fitness programmes Digital services Onsite physiotherapy and occupational health services The successful candidate will build strategic relationships with HR, Reward, People, Facilities, ESG and Workplace leaders to help organisations improve employee wellbeing, engagement, productivity and retention through health & fitness solutions.
