Job Description
 

Who we are

P3RFORM is a provider of holistic health and performance coaching, that applies the learnings from elite sport to everyday life. We deliver personalised support through expert coaching, both in-person and digitally, helping people of all levels to move, think, and perform better.

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially driven and consultative Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our Corporate Health & Fitness division.

This role focuses on selling integrated workplace wellbeing solutions into corporate organisations, including:

Onsite gyms and health/fitness space service delivery/facility management

Health & fitness space design and installation

Proactive health & fitness programmes

Digital services

Onsite physiotherapy and occupational health services


The successful candidate will build strategic relationships with HR, Reward, People, Facilities, ESG and Workplace leaders to help organisations improve employee wellbeing, engagement, productivity and retention through health & fitness solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

Identify, prospect and secure new corporate wellbeing opportunities across enterprise and mid-market organisations

Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities for:

Workplace health & fitness facilities

Proactive health & fitness programmes

Gym management contracts

Deliver consultative sales presentations, workshops and pitches to senior stakeholders

Create bespoke health & fitness solutions aligned to client objectives, workforce demographics and workplace strategy

Lead commercial negotiations, proposal development, tender submissions and contract closure

Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets



Corporate Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with:

HR Directors

People & Culture leaders

Reward & Benefits teams

Facilities & Workplace managers

Procurement stakeholders

Occupational Health leaders

Develop strategic account growth plans for existing clients

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within client portfolios

Support contract renewals and retention strategies

Act as a trusted adviser on workplace wellbeing and employee engagement



Solution Selling & Consultancy

Conduct workplace wellbeing discovery sessions and needs analysis

Recommend tailored wellbeing environments ranging from:

Full onsite gyms

Studio spaces

Hybrid wellness hubs

Digital fitness ecosystems

Recovery and mindfulness spaces

Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure successful mobilisation and implementation

Present ROI-driven business cases linked to:

Absenteeism reduction

Employee engagement

Talent attraction and retention

Productivity improvement

Workforce health outcomes



Key Deliverables:

New business revenue growth

Pipeline generation and conversion

Contract retention and expansion

Corporate partnership development

Client satisfaction and engagement

Achievement of sales KPIs and commercial targets

Candidate Profile:

Essential Experience

Proven success in B2B business development or corporate sales

Experience selling into corporate or enterprise organisations

Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong consultative and solution-based selling capability

Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships

Ability to influence senior decision makers



Highly Desirable Experience:

Experience within one or more of the following sectors:
