Location: Motorsport UK, Bicester Motion

Hours of Work: Full Time (37.5 hours per week). Core hours are 09:00 until 17:30, Mon – Fri. 4 days on site, 1 remote.

Join Our Team as a Commercial Executive at Motorsport UK!

Motorsport UK’s Commercial Department is dedicated to maximising sustainable revenue opportunities that support and enhance the work of the national governing body. We do this by leveraging our unique assets, partnering with brands, and developing products and programmes that add value to our community of competitors, volunteers, clubs, and fans.

As our portfolio of commercial partners, events, and member-facing products continues to grow, we are expanding our team. We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Commercial Executive to play a key role in supporting partner delivery, commercial product management, and revenue generation across our communications and engagement channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to establish or grow their career in sports business, partnerships, and commercial operations within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Primary Objectives

Driving commercial sales across Motorsport UK’s portfolio of communications channels, including Revolution, our monthly digital member magazine.
Supporting the development and growth of the Motorsport UK Member Benefits Programme, working with both existing partners and new brands.
Assisting the wider Commercial Team in the delivery of contractual rights for major partners, championships, and industry stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities
In addition to the primary objectives listed above, the Commercial Executive will also be responsible for the following:

Support the tracking, reporting, and fulfilment of partner rights, ensuring high-quality delivery across all agreements.
Maintaining and updating key reporting documents, including status reports.
Liaising with partners and advertisers for the effective delivery of commercial assets, including advertising artwork, event tickets and hospitality requests.
Manage the coordination of partner invitations and attendance at key events.
Assisting the Commercial and Events Team in a wide variety of projects, including race meetings, member engagement events, tradeshows and industry gatherings.
Oversee the administration and content updates for commercial partner areas across Motorsport UK’s websites, including the Member Benefits portal.
The management and fulfilment of Motorsport UK Racing, Rallying and Karting starter packs, including fulfilment, administration, and stock oversight.
Support weekend and out‑of‑hours commitments, attending key motorsport events around the UK as needed.

Strong organisational and time‑management skills, supported by meticulous attention to detail.
A willingness and ability to travel to motorsport events across the UK.
A history of proactively utilizing feedback to develop working practices and output to best meet the needs of the organisation.
A proactive approach to professional development, consistently seeking opportunities to improve processes and personal performance.
Demonstrable experience of building robust professional networks.
