HR MANAGER (MATERNITY COVER) Organisation Middlesex Cricket Salary £50 000 Location Lord's Cricket Ground , London Contract type Fixed Term (Full time) Closing date 13 March 2026 Job Description Provide expert HR advice to employees and leaders, embedding a high-performance and values-led cultureOverseeing recruitment, selection and employee onboardingAdvise and coach on people management processes, in line with the Club’s culture and policiesChampion diversity and inclusion strategies, fostering a culture of belonging and equityDrive continuous improvement in HR processes, policies, and service deliverySupport and lead on a range of HR projects to drive operational excellenceUpdate HR policies, documents, and processes aligned with UK employment law and best practiceConduct research and benchmarking to ensure policies reflect statutory requirements and current HR trendsManage all health and safety for staff, experience implementing policies and ensuring the club is up with legal requirementsEnsure GDPR compliance in all aspects of people data handling. Provide guidance to managers on appropriate data usage, retention, and confidentialityManage employee contracts, handbooks, and documentation templates and reviewsStay up to date on employment legislationTake ownership of complex and sensitive employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and absence cases. Ensure all casework is handled in a timely, fair, and legally compliant manner, aligned with the Club’s values and policies.
