Location: Oval Park Training Ground, LeicesterClosing date: 5PM, Friday 9th May 2025About the role:Here at Leicester Tigers, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior First Team Analyst.Key Responsibilities:• Provide first team analysis requirements during the training week (filming and analysis of training).• Present detailed and informative preview and review analysis according to the Head of Performance Analysis.• Attend first team matches to provide essential live analysis. • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Leicester Tigers game model.• Working in collaboration with the Head of Performance Analysis and coaching staff to provide innovative & actionable insights for individual player development.• Perform additional duties as required to meet the needs of the department Qualifications & Training:(E) = Essential• BSc Degree (or equivalent) in Performance Analysis • Over 2 years’ experience of working withing elite sports team environment.• Strong game understanding.• Proficient with Mac OS operating systems and software’s including Keynote, Numbers, Microsoft Office.• Proficient use of performance analysis software specifically Hudl Sportscode and Studio.• Experience of video capture and coding, both live and pre/post-match• Experience of data collection, analysis & visualisation.(D) = Desirable• Masters MSc (or equivalent) in Performance Analysis • Drone Pilot License• Experience in using software’s to manipulate large dataHow to apply:If you feel you have the skills and experience needed for this role, please download an application form from our website, and send this completed to jointheteam@tigers.co.uk by 5PM, Friday 9th May 2025.
