Job Description: Senior Netball Coach - Leamington Netball Club

Leamington Netball Club is seeking an experienced, motivated and forward-thinking Senior Netball Coach to work with our high-performing squads and support the continued development of our players.

The successful candidate will:
- Lead weekly coaching for the Regional, A and B teams
- Support and coach Saturday West Midlands Regional League fixtures
- Plan and deliver high-quality training sessions that support player and team development
- Work collaboratively with club leadership to maintain high standards and drive performance
- Support team selection process

Teams & Competitive Standard:
Regional Team: Division 1, West Midlands Region
A & B Teams: Coventry & Warwickshire Premier League

Commitment:
Training: Tuesdays, 7.30pm – 9.30pm (Indoors at Kenilworth School or outdoors at Leamington Netball Club)
Matches: Saturdays (Regional fixtures at Wolverhampton University)

Essential Criteria:
- UKCC Level 2 or Level 3 qualification, or equivalent coaching experience
- Proven experience coaching senior players and competitive teams
- Strong communication skills and a positive, inclusive coaching approach
- A passion for player development and continuous improvement
