Role Overview

As the Business support co-ordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth and effective running of a fast-paced, hybrid organisation. You will enable teams to work efficiently across remote and in office environments by managing the business calendar, supporting leaders with planning and preparation, and acting as a trusted go to for I.T systems and tools. Alongside this, you will oversee the Royal Leamington Spa office, ensuring a safe, compliant, and well functioning environment that supports both physical and virtual teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Create efficiencies and effectiveness in hybrid and remote ways of working by managing the business calendar across teams and leadership - liaising with stakeholders to plan and prepare effectively for meetings and key activities.

Act as a trusted internal systems and IT advisor, supporting Microsoft Office 365 tools (Teams, Channels, SharePoint, meetings) and effective use of our CRM system.

Enhance processes and practices through improved system use and appropriate AI integration, embedding and maintaining best practice across tools and workflows.

Oversee the Royal Leamington Spa office, ensuring a well-resourced, safe, secure, and compliant physical and virtual working environment, while maintaining an efficient workspace and managing office supplies, stationery, and supplier relationships

Skills & Behaviours

Excited by high performance, learning, coaching and developing people to reach their potential

Strong communicator, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders in an agile, creative company with a high volume of remote team members

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a focus on seeking and maintaining best practice

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with remote team members

Interested in integrating new technologies, including AI, to improve ways of working and iterating best practises

Desired experience

Experience working in a fast-paced or hybrid/remote environment is desirable

Experience and interested in administrative, coordination, operations, or office management, following or creating best practise

Confident user of Microsoft Office 365 (including Teams, SharePoint, Channels, and meetings)
