Job Description: Junior2Senior is the UK leading performance training camp for elite young athletes. From the 29th March - 1st April 2026, Junior2Senior runs a 4-day performance camp for elite performers in endurance running, sprints and throws at the Radley College campus in Oxfordshire.

As a current or former elite athlete, this role will provide you with invaluable experience working with young athletes and supporting them on their journey to the next level.

Responsibilities will include:
- Supporting athletes with the check-in and check-out process.
- Ensuring athletes know where and when to attend each session.
- Serve as the first point of contact for athletes with personal, emotional, or minor medical concerns.
- Provide support for homesickness, stress, conflict, or personal issues.
- Monitor athlete wellbeing throughout the camp.
- Encourage a positive culture, respectful behaviour, and a supportive environment.
- Assist coaches during training sessions.
- Ensure quiet hours are respected and respond to overnight issues.
- Maintain a safe and supportive residential environment.

You will have free hours throughout the camp to make the most of the campus facilities if you have a training schedule to maintain.

Accommodation and food will be provided throughout the camp.

You will need to be free from the 29th March to the 1st April 2026 in order to apply for this role. Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed to and from the Radley College campus in Oxfordshire.

It is essential to be a member of the DBS update service to undertake this role.
