Job Description: We are seeking an organised and proactive Academy Operations Officer to deliver outstanding operational and administrative support across the Academy’s U9–U14 programme.

The Academy Operations Officer will be responsible for coordinating all
aspects of training, tournaments, and fixtures, ensuring that matchday
events are delivered to Category 1 standards and provide the best possible experience for players and parents. This role will support the Head of Operations and Compliance in achieving departmental objectives, developing clear communication systems, and ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment across all Academy activities and venues.

Working hours for this role are as follows:
Monday – Day Off
Tuesday – 11:00 – 19:00
Wednesday – 13:00 – 21:00
Thursday – 13:00 – 21:00
Friday – 09:00 – 17:00
Saturday – Day Off
Sunday – 09:00 – 17:00 (on matchdays)
