Budgeting and Cashflow
• Work with department heads to maintain accurate cost and income budgets.
• Maintain a rolling monthly cashflow forecast, updating regularly for changes in timings and overall budgets.
• Advise the Executive and Board on potential cashflow “pinch points” and manage mitigations.

Corporate Services and Team Leadership
• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement & Contract Management and Commercial functions, ensuring high standards and effective collaboration.
• Oversee effective procurement and contract management systems, ensuring value for money and appropriate risk management.
