As a Ticket Office Assistant, you will play an important part in helping our supporters to purchase season cards and match day tickets, whether in person or online, and delivering a first-class customer experience to them.Reporting to the Head of Ticketing and the Ticket Office Supervisor, you will be required to process ticket sales through our ticketing system, also assisting with season card sales and the annual renewal process, as required.
