Academy and Community Administrator Organisation Gloucester Rugby Salary 24785 Location Gloucester Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 20 February 2026 Job Description Main Purpose of the JobThis role is responsible for assisting in delivering all administration and communication for the Gloucester Rugby Academy and will lead on delivering all administration and communication for Gloucester Rugby Community Team.The Academy and Community Administrator will have excellent communication skills, organisation and time management skills, and highly efficient.Key Accountabilities1. Act as a point of contact for all Academy administration and liaison with parents, schools and other stakeholders.2. Manage all bookings & administration of required Academy Training Facilities for PDG & DPP Centres.3. Support the Academy Administrator to maintain and update a comprehensive database for the Academy, including all contact information.4. Maintain all England Academy Player Administration.5. Responsible for collating and updating information required for the RFU Academy Audit using SharePoint.6. Organise all Academy travel arrangements as directed by the relevant department head and to communicate accurate travel itineraries to the relevant players.7. Organise all operations for Academy matches & Tournaments and be the point of contact for all Academy parents.8. Liaise with Medical Administrator around Medical Administration for the Academy.9. Responsible for administration of the pool cars.10. Provide support for Projects and administrative requirements for the Academy Administrator.11. Assist in conducting DBS checks where required, and organising safeguarding training.12. Responsible for administrating all school, camp, and match day experience bookings.13. Support the Community department with sales administration and communicate with external stakeholders.14. Monitor and reply to the generic department emails.15. Upload camps to the Universe platform and administer all school ticketing.16. Onboarding all coaches and Academy and Community staff to the relevant systems.17.
