The Role We are now seeking Accreditation Coordinators to join us on this exciting journey. This is an excellent opportunity for detail-driven professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to play their part in delivering a world-class sporting event. Job Summary: You will support the planning, development, and implementation of the accreditation process, working closely with the Accreditation Client Services Manager to capture stakeholder requirements and validate high volumes of data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal teams and external organisations, you will guide clients through the accreditation journey, provide regular feedback, and ensure all deadlines are met. At Games-time, you will assist at official accreditation facilities to issue Games-time Accreditation and resolve client queries, while always maintaining confidentiality, information security, and supporting the wider team in achieving operational goals. Key Skills and Experience: To thrive in this role, you’ll bring experience in role where excellent attention to detail, strong data management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment has been key to your success. You will be experienced in managing high volumes of information and confident collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders, with the ability to combine analytical skills with clear communication and interpersonal strengths. Ideally, you will also have experience of accreditation or registration processes at major events, an understanding of GDPR and data protection practices, and/or knowledge of multi-sport events and their stakeholders.
