This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who wants to move beyond the treatment table and play a pivotal role in a truly integrated health and fitness model. You will deliver high-quality MSK care alongside our unique Physio-Led Fitness sessions. Working with a diverse caseload—from acute diagnostic MSK cases and post-surgical recovery to long-term strength training—you will utilise your clinical expertise and strength & conditioning knowledge to lead our specialist rehabilitation protocols. A key part of this role involves using VALD technology as a daily diagnostic and progress-tracking tool, as well as delivering our standalone performance screens.***Key Responsibilities***- Expert MSK Physiotherapy: Provide thorough diagnostic assessments and treatment for a diverse caseload of clients.- Specialist Rehabilitation: Deliver structured, evidence-based recovery plans for complex post-operative cases.- Physio-Led Fitness: Lead 1:1 and small-group strength sessions, bridging the gap between rehab and performance.- Data-Led Diagnostics: Utilise VALD Performance Technology as a tool to pinpoint deficits and track progress.- Clinical Excellence: Maintain meticulous records and uphold the highest standards of clinical governance.- Team Collaboration and Growth: Collaborate with the team to achieve clinic goals and actively contribute to the long-term growth, development, and strategic direction of the business.***Requirements***Essential:- BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy with a minimum of 2 years of postgraduate experience in MSK care.- Qualifications / Proven Experience in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning or a degree in Sports Science (or a related field).- Current HCPC and CSP registration.- Strong, demonstrable interest in and hands-on experience with fitness, exercise, and sports, including leading both 1:1 and group sessions.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and client management skills, with a patient-centred approach.- The ability to work independently, manage a diary, and handle administrative responsibilities.Highly Desirable:- Prior experience with VALD Performance Technology.- Experience working within a private practice setting.- Specialised skills in areas such as women's health, sports physiotherapy, or neurological rehabilitation.***Benefits***- Competitive salary with regular reviews, employer pension contributions and a generous holiday allowance.- Annual CPD allowance for external courses and conferences.- Master the use of state-of-the-art VALD Performance Technology in a clinical setting.- Regular clinical supervision, team meetings and case discussions with experienced senior Physiotherapists.- A collaborative and supportive team culture, fostering professional growth and shared learning.
