• Presentation and Feedback:

• Opposition Analysis:
Where required, code and present opposition analysis to support match preparation.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with coaching staff to ensure analysis aligns with key focus areas, including capturing appropriate angles, actions and metrics, and contributing to an integrated team approach.
• Player Development Support:
Support the development of student athletes by providing clear, accessible and constructive feedback within a high-performance learning environment.
• Technical Support:
Provide basic technical support to coaches and staff where required in relation to analysis tools and video.
• Culture and Values:
Act as an ambassador for the programme, promoting and role modelling the core values and contributing positively to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
What We Offer:
While voluntary, this role offers valuable experience within an England high-performance rugby environment.
• Opportunity to work within a nationally recognised representative programme
• Experience within a fast-paced, camp-based performance setting
• Collaboration with an experienced coaching and support team
• Exposure to representative-level rugby
• Networking opportunities within the RFU and wider rugby community
• Reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses
• Accommodation and meals during camp
• Official team kit
Skills and Experience:

• Access to a valid Sportscode licence
• Access to appropriate filming equipment
• Experience in video editing and content creation
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
