Job Description: Lead the operations behind world-class hockey

England Hockey is looking for an experienced Head of Performance Operations to lead the operational delivery of our World Class Programme, supporting the Great Britain Senior Programmes, England Senior Programmes and Great Britain Elite Development Programme.

Working closely with the Performance Director and Performance Leadership Team, you will turn strategy into outstanding operational delivery – ensuring our athletes, coaches and support staff have everything they need to perform at their best.

You will lead the planning and delivery of the Central Programme, training camps, competitions and major championships, alongside responsibility for logistics, travel, procurement, kit, governance, systems and financial management.
