Balancing current performance with long term potential, you'll work closely with the Performance Manager, coaches and fellow selectors to make informed, accountable decisions at the highest level of the amateur game.England Golf is seeking an experienced and insightful Selector to join the Women’s and Girls’ Selection Committee, helping shape the future of England’s elite amateur teams.Appointments are initially for two years, with the opportunity to progress to a four-year term.Purpose:You will play a central role in selecting players for England Women’s and Girl’s squads and teams, applying the England Golf Selection Policy with fairness, consistency and transparency.
