Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 9 July 2025 Job Description As part of the Compliance Team, the role will be to execute and manage the compliance, safeguarding, regulatory and disciplinary function of the organisation, to ensure the sport operates in as safe a manner as possible and in accordance with the regulations.The position requires an individual to ensure the rules, policies, codes, procedures and guidelines are fully implemented and adhered to. Where they are breached and thus the safety, integrity and delivery of the sport are compromised, they will ensure appropriate actions are taken in line with the disciplinary procedures and wider legislation. The successful candidate will be required to act as the England Boxing safeguarding lead and well as disciplinary lead officer, in receiving, handling, investigating referrals and subsequently reporting to the relevant Panels and Judicial Chair in line with England Boxing’s policies and procedures.The role will require ensuring the policies of the organisation stay up-to-date, relevant and follow recognised industry best practice as well as national legislation.
