Achieving these ambitions requires clear and focused audience, brand and commercial strategy, which the Commercial Director will help to shape and deliver.This role is accountable to the MD, The Hundred for growing the audiences and revenues of The Hundred. The Growth Director is a key member of The Hundred Leadership Team and will work within the wider ECB structures, including working closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IFYou thrive on bringing together brand, commercial, and audience strategies and enjoy turning vision into results / measurable result.You are driven by innovation and long-term impact, and excited to partner with major stakeholders to grow audiences, unlock new revenue, and strengthen the connection between fans and the competition.YOU’LL BE DOINGAs The Hundred continues to grow, the role will evolve, offering the chance to shape new opportunities and make a lasting impact.Core responsibilities will include:Develop the short- and long-term brand, marketing and audience strategy, working with ECB Marketing team.Develop new commercial opportunities to grow revenue and help to build the long-term brand and value of The Hundred.Collaborate with broadcasters and ECB CRO to maximise growth and value creation through storytelling, events and alignment of event delivery and marketing plans.Ensure partners see clear impact, from activations and ROI to renewal, in collaboration with the ECB Commercial team.Develop a shared data and insight framework with teams, enabling everyone to understand and grow their fans, and make data-driven decisions.Develop the data and digital products strategy for The Hundred, including the ticketing platform.Help teams turn The Hundred’s growth strategy into local execution, through establishing and leading the Commercial and Marketing Delivery Groups.
