The role will deliver engaging and modern digital content and will ensure that all Coach Development resources support, accelerate and deepen coach learning.The role requires creative skills, a desire to innovate and the ambition to ‘break from the norm’. The role will drive the creation of short form social media content and other digital resources to impact the continued development of cricket coaches and increase the accessibility to and engagement with coach development content. A relevant cricket background and / or understanding of coaching philosophies and people development would be highly desirable. YOU’LL BE DOINGSupport the development of a creative and innovative ‘mini content strategy’ to modernise, engage and impact the quality of coaching across England and Wales. Collaborate with the Learning Design and Game Insights Lead, Coach Development colleagues, subject matter experts (SMEs) and leads from the recreational, professional and international game to produce relevant and impactful coach development content.Align digital content and resources to relevant themes and priorities across the ECB. This includes the ECB Coach Development strategy, England playing philosophies and principles, relevant EDI initiatives and Action Plans.Utilise relevant digital tools (and where relevant partners), to create multi-format resources, short-form social media content, longer format videos, graphics and eLearning resources.
