You’ll be the go-to contact for several sports, supporting preparation anddelivery alongside the Head of Sport and wider Games Delivery team. Your work will directly impact athlete wellbeing, team cohesion, and performance success.What You’ll Be Doing- Act as the main point of contact for several sports in the lead-up to and during the Games.- Support team leaders and athletes to create a positive, high-performing environment.- Make sure team values are embedded in every stage of planning and delivery.- Help design spaces and services that meet athlete needs during Games-time.- Collaborate across departments to keep plans inclusive, efficient and athlete-focused.- Be adaptable, Games-time by providing Preparation Camp planning and logistics support alongside additional responsibilities that will evolve as plans develop.
