Job Description
Coach Core is an education and employment charity that aims to improve the life-chances of under-represented young people across the UK, who experience barriers, discrimination and a lack of opportunities.

This is a hybrid role, with applications open to candidates based across the UK, and the post is contractually based in London. Rough expectations are that you will attend the office once a week (on Mondays) if you are based in the South, or once a fortnight if you are based outside the South, with working arrangements discussed and agreed during the interview process. This approach supports strong relationships and collaboration, while allowing us to attract great people wherever they are based.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing a Marketing and Communications strategic and operational plan, that will cover all social and digital routes so we can grow and engage our audiences and market a variety of products and our programme.
- Bringing to life the stories of our apprentices and programme graduates, and fostering a culture of storytelling across a range of media

- Engaging our audience with campaigns that we device or collaborate in

- Leading on all aspects of marketing across our website, social media, and email, including the development of bespoke automated journeys for specific audiences and creating content that our existing audiences will engage with and drive the growth of our target audiences.

-Support the Director of Fundraising and Marketing to oversee communications and marketing for new philanthropic and commercial opportunities

- Developing marketing assets (digital and print) that can be used across the team and by external stakeholders.

- Be the custodian of our brand and develop a strong brand identify and position that can enable us to be well-positioned to attract our three core audiences that are funders, employer partners and young people.
