Casual Ballerz CIC are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active Graduate or Assistant Bid Writer in the UK to join Casual Ballerz CIC Bid Hub – a new community team responsible for tender management across all our divisions and offices.

This is a great opportunity for budding bid writers to develop their skills and start their journey in proposals management, within a supportive, dynamic and community mission.

Your typical duties in this Lead Bid Writer role will include:

Research, Identify and review relevant funding bid applications
Construct and design high quality funding bid proposals
Assist in the design and completion of storyboards and bid plans where necessary
Complete company information and company responses within bids
Complete case studies within bids when appropriate
Research and collate necessary statistics and information to support bid proposals
Report on bid progress through appropriate internal channels
Report back to Head of Proposals and Founder

About You

Key Requirements:
Good writing skills with the ability to write in a concise and convincing manner
Skills in reviewing and editing written content
Good time management skills
Personable attitude and willingness to engage with people from all levels of the business
Attention to detail
A general understanding or willingness to learn about the our community mission
Degree-level education or working towards - English, History or Sports Science is preferable
This role will suit a graduate or a budding writer looking for a career change to join a successful bidding team. Within this role you will learn all aspects of bidding, from the administrative requirements, to how to author and edit winning responses – providing you with an exciting opportunity to begin a career in bidding.
