You may be our next Academy Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach!The ideal candidate will have experience working within a sport setting and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Strength and Conditioning.You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.Role ExpectationsAs the Academy Lead Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will be expected to:Implement and deliver the strength and conditioning strategy alongside the wider MDT to ensure a clear structure for player development.Lead the programming and delivery of the strength and conditioning programme for all PDP players (U18s-U21s) in collaboration with the Academy Lead Sport Scientist.Lead the programming and delivery of the strength and conditioning programme for all YDP players (U13s-U16s) in collaboration with the Academy Junior Sport Scientist and part-time Strength and Conditioning Coaches.
