This is a dynamic and rewarding position for someone who is passionate about events, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with event organisers to support and grow a thriving events programme. Relationship management will be at the heart of your work, providing support and guidance, whilst contributing to projects aimed at event delivery and growth. A central part of the role is the service function, where you will support with events customer service and take administrative responsibility for the event permitting process as part of a team. This essential task requires excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and an understanding of technical requirements. Whilst full training will be provided, we’re looking for someone who can learn quickly, adapt with confidence, and bring a positive, proactive approach to their work, alongside key customer service skills.Strong organisational and interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this role. You'll work in a fast-paced, friendly, and supportive team environment, balancing desk-based responsibilities with opportunities to connect with stakeholders and attend events around the country. Whether it's reviewing permit applications, progressing projects, or supporting event delivery in the field, you will enjoy a varied role. You’ll report to the Events Manager and be a valued member of our close-knit Events Team.
