This is an opportunity to lead the continued growth and success of our sport at the highest level, ensuring that our athletes and coaches are fully prepared to achieve medal-winning performances at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as World and European Championships.This role demands an outstanding leader with the ability to inspire, manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, while building strong internal and external partnerships that strengthen the pathway and performance environment.Key Priorities• Create and cultivate an environment that empowers staff and athletes, upholds world-leading standards of health, wellbeing, safeguarding, and clean sport, and enables people to thrive and succeed together.• Lead the planning and delivery of British Shooting’s World Class Programme, providing clear direction for the sport and embedding What It Takes To Win principles across coaching, performance support, and athlete preparation.• Demonstrate strong self-awareness and self-management while inspiring, developing, and leading others. Integrate and support athletes, coaches, and staff to deliver world-class performances at every level.• Strengthen relationships and resources by working collaboratively with UK Sport, BOA, BPA, international federations, and other partners to secure investment, maximise impact, and sustain long-term success, while cultivating trusted partnerships and an inclusive, high-performance culture.At British Shooting, we are ambitious for our athletes, our people, and our sport.
