You will work collaboratively with GB coaches, personal coaches and performance staff to shape training and competition programmes, supporting fighters in their journey to selection and ensuring they are ready to perform at their best.Your role will extend beyond the mat, from contributing to selection processes and delivering pre-Games training camps, to guiding athletes through final preparations and supporting them during the Games themselves. At every stage, you will help create a high-performance environment that inspires confidence and maximises performance.This is more than a coaching role – it is an opportunity to be part of a team working towards something extraordinary.
