Working closely with the Head of Student Performance Sport, you will provide strategic direction and operational leadership to a team of specialist practitioners, ensuring that services are aligned, evidence-informed, and focused on delivering meaningful impact for athletes.You will operate within a collaborative, interdisciplinary performance support team, bringing together expertise across physiotherapy, strength and conditioning, and other specialist services. By fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, you will ensure that athletes benefit from a seamless, holistic support system that enhances both performance and wellbeing.The role extends across a diverse and exciting portfolio, including student performance sport programmes, Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS) athletes, and partnerships with national governing bodies.
