When we achieve our goal of playing in the Premier League for the first time, it will be transformative not just for the club, but for the city of Bristol itself.Job mission: To lead the successful delivery, activation, retention and growing of Bristol City’s commercial partnerships, helping the club to continue being financially sustainable while reinvesting into Football Success and Developing TalentKey responsibilities:To be accountable for the delivery of all sponsorship rights, ensuring strong relationships with all brand partners.Act as the primary contact for partners, building trusted relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business and partnership objectives.Lead the onboarding of new partners, translating contracts into clear delivery plans, timelines, responsibilities and internal workflows.Develop and deliver tailored activation plans that maximise return on investment for partners, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered efficiently and on budget.Establish a clear partner servicing rhythm, including regular check-ins, planning meetings, campaign reviews, matchday touchpoints and senior stakeholder engagement where appropriate.Oversee partner experience and rights delivery on matchdays, ensuring partners, guests and stakeholders receive a high-quality, professional and memorable club experience.Build strong relationships across the club and Ashton Gate to ensure the seamless deliver of rights.Monitor and report on the performance of all sponsorships, demonstrating return on investment through data and insight that is relevant to the partner’s objectives.Deliver post-campaign and seasonal reviews with recommendations for optimisation and growth.Lead on renewal of existing partners, collaborating with Commercial Sales Manager to achieve the optimal financial outcomes for the club.Identify new assets and revenue growth opportunities to upsell and expand existing partnerships.Identify and act on opportunities for continuous improvement in commercial systems, processes and practices.Experience required:Strong track record in business-to-business relationship management, ideally in sport.Highly organised with excellent communication and presentation skills.Creative, collaborative, and solutions focused.Flexibility to work matchdays, evenings, and weekends.Entrepreneurial and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced professional environment.
