This will include leading the delivery of a range of social inclusion activities, primarily through weekly football sessions, but also supporting tournaments, educational workshops, targeted mentoring and oversee participant volunteering where required. You should be a confident football coach who knows how to use the game to drive social and behavioural change in young people and can effectively manage a group to deliver safe and supportive young-person centred activities. You will need to be familiar with trauma-informed practice and bring a calm, consistent energy to the team.
