Job Description: Bradfield College is seeking an enthusiastic and committed university graduate to join our College football programme from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of the leading UK’s independent schools, renowned for delivering both football performance and participation. The successful candidate will work closely with the wider football leadership team, supporting pupils to maximise their performance, health and well-being through participation in the sport. In addition to football, the role involves contributing to the College’s co-curricular, pastoral, and academic programmes.

Applications are also welcome from individuals currently studying at degree level who are seeking a work placement as part of their course. Whether you are looking to gain experience in sports coaching and leadership or exploring a potential career in teaching, we welcome applications from candidates with a genuine passion for football and an academic background in any of the subjects taught at the College.

This role offers a salary of £19,988, along with accommodation and full board during term time.
