We are looking for graduates (or equivalent) to join our operations team and to learn how a successful community sports company operates.The RoleAs a Graduate Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience focusing on Operations but learning about all areas of the business, including:Supporting the delivery of park tennis programmes and eventsManaging venues and ensuring a 10/10 customer experienceWorking closely with coaches, partners, and local stakeholdersThis is a development role with real responsibility, mentoring, and progression opportunities. In your first year you will build a strong foundation by focusing on day-to-day operations and learning how our venues run. This is all about understanding how high-quality park tennis programmes are delivered on the ground.From year two and beyond, as well as contributing to operations, you will have exposure to the wider business functions including Programme Development, Marketing, Communications, Business Development, HR and Finance.
