Graduate Trainee - All Star Tennis
Location: Local Parks Tennis and Padel Courts in South London
Salary: Competitive graduate package

Love tennis? Enjoy working outdoors? Want to build a career that mixes sport, community, and business? We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee to join our growing parks tennis company and help us inspire more people to play.

About Us
We deliver high-quality tennis programmes across public parks in Wandsworth, our mission is to empower the community on and off the court for a fun and inclusive experience. We are looking for graduates (or equivalent) to join our operations team and to learn how a successful community sports company operates.

The Role
As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll get hands-on experience focusing on Operations but learning about all areas of the business, including:
Supporting the delivery of park tennis programmes and events
Managing venues and ensuring a 10/10 customer experience
Working closely with coaches, partners, and local stakeholders

This is a development role with real responsibility, mentoring, and progression opportunities. In your first year you will build a strong foundation by focusing on day-to-day operations and learning how our venues run. This is all about understanding how high-quality park tennis programmes are delivered on the ground.

From year two and beyond, as well as contributing to operations, you will have exposure to the wider business functions including Programme Development, Marketing, Communications, Business Development, HR and Finance. You’ll see how these areas work together to grow participation and ensure the long-term success of the company.

About You
-A recent graduate (or equivalent experience)
-Passionate about sport, tennis, and active lifestyles
-Confident, friendly, and great with people
-Organised, proactive, and keen to learn
-Happy working outdoors and at weekends when required
-Previous experience or internship in a sports or leisure environment would be beneficial, but not essential
