Head of Football Development Organisation Boston United Football Club Community Foundation Salary £27,000 - £29,000 Per Annum Location Boston, Lincolnshire Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 17 July 2026 Job Description ROLE PURPOSEThe Head of Football Development oversees all Football Development Department operations at Boston United FC up to Under 19 level, including the Academy, Elite teams, and all participation and grassroots programmes (male and female).
