Job Description
The Opportunity

If you’re passionate about using the power of digital content to inspire and inform multiple audiences, then we have a fantastic opportunity for you. This role is to assist the Football Communications Officer with promoting the impact of football through our digital content, raising awareness of the organisation and the work we do, whilst increasing our social media profile and engagement.

We know that football has the power to 'Connect People & Change Lives' and this is why we are looking to recruit a passionate and creative individual to join our Operations Team. The successful individual will report to the Football Communications Officer and work together to ensure our digital communications enhance the promotion of the County FA’s key priorities whilst supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy.

Berks & Bucks FA prides itself on being an organisation run by good people and believes that EVERYONE should be able to play football in a safe environment. Our role is simple to lead, protect and support an individual’s journey in football by inspiring a lifelong relationship with the game.


About the Role

• To increase reach, followers and engagement across all County FA social and other online channels
• To maintain and further develop the County FA website ensuring that it remains a central resource for the dissemination of up-to-date information to stakeholders.
• To coordinate development & delivery of the County FA email newsletters and branded social media assets.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of social media management and content management systems
• Ability to create inspiring and effective digital communications for different audiences
• Creative problem solving with an ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at the same time


You'll really impress us if...

• You have skills in creating and delivering inspiring content for multiple digital channels including, social media, email marketing and website
• You have experience of filming and video editing
