Job Description: 30–40% of primary-age children in Wales can't ride a bike confidently. Learn to Ride Wales is Beicio Cymru's flagship national programme to close that gap and with the 2027 Tour de France Grand Départ putting Welsh cycling in the global spotlight, this is a once-in-a-generation moment to do it at scale.

We're looking for an outstanding, commercially-minded Project Manager to take the programme from pilot to national reality: building the franchise network that will scale delivery across Wales, and managing the commercial partnerships that will help fund it for years to come.

This is a development, delivery and commercial leadership role, not a coordination role we need someone who can make a complex, multi-partner programme happen, fast
