Systems, Technology & Continuous Improvement

• Contribute ideas and feedback to the ongoing development of analysis methods, feedback approaches, workflows and technology, helping improve player engagement, analysis quality and delivery efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and well-organised footage libraries and player-analysis databases, and support the day-to-day administration of approved analysis platforms.
• Seek and respond to feedback from coaches and players to improve the relevance, clarity and effectiveness of analysis outputs.
• Support consistent and efficient analysis workflows across Academy and partnership environments.

Partnership Leadership & Intern Coordination

• Coordinate intern onboarding, task allocation and day-to-day deployment, establishing clear expectations, workflows and quality standards for their contributions.
• Provide practical guidance, regular feedback and development support to interns, helping them build relevant technical and professional skills and sustain effective engagement.
• Coordinate continuity of the intern programme across academic cycles through forward planning, recruitment and effective handover processes.
• Communicate clearly with Academy leadership regarding partnership activity, delivery priorities, intern capacity and any significant delivery concerns.
• Work collaboratively with coaches, analysts, performance staff and University stakeholders to ensure analysis activity is connected, purposeful and supports wider player-development priorities.
