Basketball England is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Coach to lead the 3x3 England Men’s and Women’s National Teams through preparation, development, and delivery of a high-performance programme – culminating in a podium finish at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

This role will work closely with the Head of Talent & Performance, leading on team preparation, athlete selection, and programme implementation, while fostering a high-performance environment that supports player development and success on the international stage.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the preparation, development, and implementation of a world-class 3x3 programme.

Working as part of the Selection Panel to identify and recruit eligible athletes.

Attending and leading domestic and international training camps and competitions.

Managing support staff and ensuring the integration of sports science and performance support.

Representing Basketball England in media and partnership activities where required.

Proven experience delivering high-performance programmes at national/international level.

Strong knowledge of 3x3 style of play, competition structures and what it takes to win.

Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.

Resilience under pressure and the ability to deliver against international demands.
