Job Description: Deliver the Academy’s coaching curriculum, adapting sessions to align with the Club’s coaching and playing philosophies.
Work within the coaches’ competency framework and engage in continuous professional development (CPD).
Liaise with Lead Phase Coaches to support player transition across age groups and phases.
Implement policies and practices outlined in the Academy Performance Plan (APP).
Ensure training and matchday delivery complies with Football League and EPPP rules.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate sports science, education, and welfare into coaching plans.
Maintain accurate planning, reporting, and data uploads to the PMA system.
Attend and contribute to Departmental meetings and guide where necessary
