Job Description: An excellent opportunity to join one of the most successful National Governing Bodies in the UK Sport High Performance System has arisen. Aquatics GB is the organisation that oversees Aquatics sports in Great Britain – Diving, Swimming, Para Swimming, Artistic Swimming and Waterpolo.

Aquatics GB is seeking a Performance Centre Support coach to work with the Diving programme at the highly successful London Performance Centre.

Diving GB is one of the most successful Diving nations in the World following a historic Paris 2024 Olympics securing five medals. The London Performance Centre hosts some of the World’s best divers with three Paris Olympic medallists currently training at the centre and another exciting group of high performing divers also based at the centre.

We are at the start of the LA 2028 Olympic cycle, so this is an exciting time to join Aquatics GB as we look to build on the unprecedented success of the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The Performance Centre Support Coach post is designed to ensure that the daily training environment appropriately supports coaching delivery. The role will support all athletes based in the centre and act as the point of contact for the London junior World Class Programme athletes, and junior divers identified from the England pathway.
The aim of this position is to continue to develop the individual’s coaching skills, expertise and competencies to be well equipped to progress into senior coaching roles in the future either within AGB or a senior club or national governing body environment in Britain.
