What’s in the role?Reporting to the Head of Medical, this role will contribute to the evolution of our 1st team support environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our first team players, focusing on injury risk mitigation, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation to optimise player performance and availability. You will work with coaches and other performance support staff to individualise development programmes and integrate them with the wider schedule.Who are we looking for?To help us realise our ambition we’re not just looking for people to fill roles; we’re searching for those who are passionate about helping us build something special and create meaningful change. You will be able to contribute to a high challenge, high support environment with a commitment to growth.Do you have what it takes?The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:• A minimum BSc in Physiotherapy• FA ATTMiF or equivalent• MSc in a secondary relevant subject is desirable. • Other relevant accreditations desireable (e.g. UKSCA, NSCA).• At least 3-years full-time experience in a high-performance sport environment.• Valid UK drivers license• Valid and accepted enhanced FA DBS CRC (Criminal Background Check) or be willing to undertake this check if successful.What do we offer?Based on your existing experience, we offer a competitive remuneration package including additional benefits.
